Can I purchase a one-off Crafty Kit Club box?
When you join The Crafty Kit Club, you're signing up to a rolling monthly subscription. If you only wish to purchase one month’s membership, or receive one Club Box, you can cancel your subscription after receiving your first box, or choose to skip the next month. Each box will become available for sale a month after subscribers receive it - you can order past boxes here.
When are Crafty Kit Club Boxes posted?
We aim to dispatch Club boxes during the first week of each calendar month, via Royal Mail. Please note that when bank holidays fall during the first week of a calendar month boxes may be posted in the second week of the month.
When is the deadline to order each month’s Crafty Kit Club box?
The deadline to sign up to receive a monthly box is by the 30th of the preceding month. For example, if you wished to receive the January Club box, you would need to sign up to join The Crafty Kit Club before 11:59 pm on December 30th.
How can I see what the next Crafty Kit Club box project will be?
We aim to update our website by midday on the 1st day of each month to show an image of the following month’s Club box project. For example, you would be able to view an image of our January Club box project on our website from the afternoon of the 1st December.
How can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Please note that in order to manage your subscription online you'll need to create an online account on our website.
If you've already created an account on our website, simply log in here, and click on 'Subscriptions - The Crafty Kit Club'. You can then scroll down to 'Skip this order', or ‘Cancel’.
If you haven't previously registered for an account on our website, please do so here using the same email address you used to purchase The Crafty Kit Club Membership. You'll then be able to log in and manage your subscription.

When is the deadline to skip a month?
If you wish to skip a month, please ensure that you do so via your online account before the end of the preceding month. For example, if you wished to skip the month of January, you would need to skip or cancel your subscription before 11:59 pm on December 30th.
When will my card be charged for membership?
When you first join The Crafty Kit Club, your card will be charged immediately for your first month’s membership, which will begin on the 1st day of the following month. For example, if you joined on the 15th December, your card would be charged immediately, and your first Crafty Kit Club box would be sent to you in the first week of January.
Thereafter, unless you cancel your membership or skip a month, your card will be charged on the 1st of each subsequent month. For example, if you joined on the 15th December, your second payment would be processed on the 1st February, and your second Crafty Kit Club box would be sent to you in the first week of February.
