• We will send your order in the UK for £4.95, using Royal Mail Tracked24 service.
• UK orders over £45 have free delivery!

Europe (including Eire)

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Costs are calculated by order weight as follows:

up to 1kg £10.00

up to 2kg £13.00

Rest of World

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Costs are calculated by order weight as follows:

Please note that if customs duties are payable on your order, we will collect this from you in the checkout. You'll see this listed as a separate line. We send all non UK orders PDDP (Postal Delivered Duties Paid) so you won't have anything more to pay when your order arrives.

Licensing and Delivery Territories

Some of our licensed products are available for sale and marketing within the United Kingdom and Ireland only. In line with EU competition law, we may passively fulfil orders from customers within the European Economic Area (EEA) — for example, if you find our website and choose to place an order — but we are not permitted to actively market, advertise, or sell outside the UK and Ireland.

Please note that we are unable to sell or ship certain licensed products to the USA and Canada. If you’re unable to add a licensed product to your cart, this unfortunately means we are not permitted to sell it in your region.

Returns, Refunds and Faulty Products

Our returns policy for non-faulty items lasts for 30 days, after which time we will be unable to offer you a refund. If you would like to return a product it must be in perfect, re-sellable condition and in its original packaging.

Please return your item to The Crafty Kit Company, Unit 7, Prora Steading, Drem, North Berwick, Scotland, EH39 5LN. Please enclose the original invoice.

You are responsible for paying all postage and packaging costs for returning non-faulty items.

A refund will be issued after we have received and inspected your returned item.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund VAT paid on orders made from our UK mainland site. Whilst UK law states that we can reduce the cost of our online sales to accommodate zero rated VAT purchases, we are not obliged to do so.
