What is the order process?
Once your order is received, our workshop will typically despatch within 3–5 working days for UK orders. Please note that lead times may vary during peak seasons. Need to make changes after placing an order? We’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.
What are your minimum order and shipping costs for UK orders?
Our minimum order is £99 (ex VAT).
Do you offer returns or dropshipping?
We do not offer dropshipping or sale-or-return services. Please report any discrepancies or goods damaged in transit within 14 days of receiving your order.
